भिम आर्मी प्रमुख चंद्रशेखर उर्फ रावण
यांची तुरुंगातून मुक्तता……!
चंद्रशेखरला गेल्यावर्षी सहारनपूर जिल्ह्यात कथित जातीय दंगलीत प्रमुख भूमिका असल्याचा प्रमुख आरोप होता . उच्चजातीतील ठाकूर समाजाकडून दलित समाजावर होणाऱ्या सततच्या जातीय हल्लाला प्रतिकार म्हणून ठाकूर समाजाच्या विरोधात मोठे आंदोलन सुरू केले होते त्यातून ठाकूर आणि दलित समाजात तेढ निर्माण झाले यातून जी दंगल झाली त्यात दोन्ही जातील प्रमुख लोक सहभागी होते .
मात्र योगी आदित्यनाथ यांच्या नेतृत्वाखालील उत्तर प्रदेश सरकारने गेल्यावर्षी सहारनपूर जातीय हिंसाचारा विरोधात एनएसए (रासुका) कायद्या अंतर्गत भीम आर्मी प्रमुख चंद्रशेखर ऊर्फ रावण याना अटक करून त्यांना तुरुंगात डांबण्यात आले व त्यांच्यावर बंदी करण्यात आली होती मात्र विविध स्तरावर भीम आर्मी च्या वतीने आणि देशभरातील आंबेडकरी चळवळी च्या होणाऱ्या आंदोलनाचा वाढत जोर पाहून राजकीय सुडातुन अटक असलेल्या भीम आर्मी प्रमुख चंद्रशेखर राव यांना मुक्तता करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला गेला .
त्यांना 1 नोव्हेंबर रोजी सोडले जाणार होते मात्र कालच त्यांची तुरुंगातून मुक्तता करण्यात आलीं
मुख्यमंत्री आदित्यनाथ यांच्या नेतृत्वाखालील यूपी विभागाने एक निवेदनात म्हटले आहे की, श्री. चंद्रशेखर यांची आई आणि सध्याच्या परिस्थितीचा विचार करून त्यास सहानुभूतीपूर्वक आधार देण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. तथापि, तपशील अद्याप मिळाला नाहीय .
चंद्रशेखर आझाद उर्फ रावण अर्थात भीम आर्मीच्या संस्थापकाने अटकेच्या विरोधात सर्वोच्च न्यायालयामध्ये एनएसए NSA अंतर्गत त्याच्या अटकेला आव्हान दिले होते. त्यासंबंधी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने नुकतेच राज्य सरकारला नोटीस बजावली आहे. शंबीरपूर हिंसाचारातील तुरुंगात असलेल्या सोनू आणि शिवकुमार या दोनही व्यक्तींनाही लवकरच सोडण्यात येईल. ते 14 ऑक्टोबरपर्यंत तुरूंगात होते.
सरकारने गेल्या वर्षी एनएसए अंतर्गत सहा जणांची नोंदणी केली होती.
