डॉक्टरांच्या विनंतीला मान देत, वंचित बहुजन आघाडीकडून नायर रुग्णालय कर्मचाऱ्यांना PPE किटचे वाटप.
मुंबई दि. २९ – वंचित बहुजन आघाडीच्यावतीने मुंबई सेंट्रल येथील नायर रुग्णालयातील डॉक्टर,नर्सेस आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांना PPE किट (Personal Protective Equipments) तसेच फेस सिल्डचे वाटप आज करण्यात आले. डॉक्टरांच्या मार्ड संघटनेने PPE किट आणि फेस सिल्ड देण्याबाबत वंचित बहुजन आघडीचे अध्यक्ष प्रकाश आंबेडकर यांना एका पत्राद्वारे विनंती केली होती.
देशात कोरोनाचा मोठया प्रमाणावर फैलाव होत असून मुंबईत कोरोना रुग्णांची संख्या सर्वाधिक आहे. कोरोनासी लढण्यासाठी रुग्णालय कर्मचाऱ्यांना PPE किटची अत्याधिक गरज असून त्याचा पुरवठा होत नसल्याने रुग्णालय कर्मचारी आहे त्या अवस्थेत लोकांची सेवा करीत आहे, परिणामी अनेक रुग्णालय कर्मचाऱ्यांना कोरोनाची लागण झाली आहे, ही बाब डॉक्टरांची संघटना मार्डच्या लक्षात आल्यावर त्यांनी वंचित बहुजन आघाडीचे अध्यक्ष प्रकाश आंबेडकर यांच्याशी संपर्क साधून PPE किट आणि फेस सिल्ड देण्याबत विनंती करून तसे पत्रक त्यांना दिले.
त्यानुसार आज दुपारी नायर रुग्णालयाचे अधिष्ठाता मोहन जोशी यांची भेट घेऊन कोरोना रुग्णांच्या संपर्कात येणारे डॉक्टर,नर्सेस आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांना सुमारे 2 लाख रुपये किंमतीचे PPE किट आणि फेस सिल्ड साहित्य देण्यात आले. वंचित बहुजन आघाडीचे उपाध्यक्ष धनराज वंजारी यांच्या उपस्थितीत हे साहित्य देण्यात आले. यावेळी स्वेल वाघमारे, महेंद्र रोकडे हे पदाधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
