बुद्धगया बिहार येथे बोधिसत्व डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर भवन बोधिसत्व डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांना अभिप्रेत अपेक्षित बुद्धविहार,आंबेडकर भवन पु भिक्खू हर्षबोधी महाथेरो यांनी साकारण्याचा संकल्प केला आहे,
आपल्या स्वकष्टाने मला एक असे बुद्ध विहार बांधावयाचे आहे कि जे तुम्ही कधी पाहिले नसेल, पण त्याकरिता मी कोणा धनिकापुढे लाचार होऊन हात पसरणार नाही, तुम्ही पैसे जमवून देत असाल तर बांधीन व चांगले बांधीन, आपल्या स्वपराक्रमाने बांधीन, दुसऱ्याच्या ओंजळीने बांधणार नाही” (संदर्भ- आधुनिक बुद्ध डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर रायटिंग अँड स्पिचेस, खंड १८ भाग ३ पान क्रमांक ४७२)
भारतीय बौद्ध तसेच महाराष्ट्र राज्य मधून बुद्धगया येथे लाखो उपसाक उपासिका येत असतात त्यांची राहण्याची व्यवस्था व्हावी आणी नवदिक्षित, श्रामनेर, भिक्खू यांना उत्तम प्रशिक्षण मिळावे आणि प्रबुद्धभारत निर्मान कारण्यासाठी तथागत बुद्ध बोधिसत्व बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या संकल्पनेतील भिक्खू प्रचारक निर्मान व्हावा ह्या धम्मावरील आघात थांबविण्यासाठी माहाबोधी विहार मुक्ती साठी संविधान,लोकशाही वाचविण्या साठी प्रशिक्षित प्रचारक भिक्खू निर्मींती डॉ आंबेडकर भवन निर्मान कारण्याच्या हेतूने पु भिक्खू हर्षबोधी यांनी बुद्धगया मध्ये पाच हजार स्केयर फुट जमीन विकत घेतली आहे.
