“सकल ओबीसी समाज” याचा पहिला वर्धापनदिन दिनांक १५ नोव्हेंबर रोजी दादर “मुंबई मराठी ग्रंथसंग्रहालय” येथे आयोजित करण्यात आला होता.
‘उत्कृष्ट काम करणाऱ्या सामाजिक संस्था” तसेच सामाजिक चळवळीत सामाजिक कार्यात तळमळीने कार्य करणाऱ्या ओबीसी संघटक तसेच समाज सेवकांना “ओबीसी मित्र पुरस्कार” देऊन सन्मानित करण्यात आले. ओबीसी बांधवांन करिता सक्रिय कार्य करणारे आमचे मित्र Surykant Kharat याना “ओबीसी मित्र पुरस्काराने सन्मानित करण्यात आले.
