क्रांती सूर्य महात्मा जोतिबा फुले यांच्या स्मृती दिन यानिमित्ताने दिनांक- २८/११/२०१९ रोजी दादर येथील छ. शिवाजी महाराज नाट्य मंदिर मध्ये पार पडलेल्या सुगंधाई फाऊंडेशन ,आयोजित आणि अस्मिता मल्टिपर्पज ऑर्गनिझेशन सहकारी संस्था,धम्म मिशन व www.ambekaree.com ऑनलाइन मीडिया पार्टनर असलेल्या कार्यक्रमात या चार संस्थांच्या माध्यमातून प्रस्तूत धम्मचक्र ऑर्केस्ट्रा, करिअर मार्गदर्शन आणि संविधान दिन साजरा करण्यात आला. त्याची काही चित्रफिती आणि क्षणचित्रे…
महामानवांना अभिवादन
तसेच राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा ज्योतिराव फुले यांना स्मृती दिनानिमित्त प्रथम अभिवादन करण्यात आले.
या कार्यक्रमाचे अध्यक्षस्थान रिपब्लिकन सरसेनानी तसेच वंचित बहुजन आघाडीचे नेते मान. आनंदराज आंबेडकर साहेब यांनी भूषविले.
विध्यार्थी मार्गदर्शन
विध्यार्थी मित्रांना करिअर मार्गदर्शन डॉ. नंदकिशोर चंदन सर -व्हाईस प्रिन्सिपल – सिद्धार्थ कॉलेज बुद्ध भवन, फोर्ट यांनी केले.
अत्यंत प्रतिकूल स्थितीत शिक्षण घेऊन पुढे ऑक्सफर्ड युनिव्हर्सिटी मधून PHD करणारे डॉ. चंदन यांनी अत्यंत प्रेरणादायी विचार मांडत उपस्थित विध्यार्थी वर्गाची आणि पालक वर्गाची मने जिंकली . परदेशात शिक्षण कसे घ्यावे त्यासाठी कोणत्या बाबी पूर्ण कराव्या व सर्वसामान्य विध्यार्थी ही आपल्या ध्येयाने पुढे जाऊ शकतो हे प्रत्यक्षात सिद्ध करता येतं .
पुढे परदेशात चांगल्या पगाराच्या नोकरीचा त्याग करून केवळ आपण ज्या समाजात जन्माला आलोय त्या समाजाचे देण लागतो म्हणून डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या विचारांना प्रमाण मानून ते केवळ खेड्यातील आणि निराधार मुलांना शिक्षणा वर कामं करत आहेत. रेकॉर्ड ब्रेक करून गुणवत्ता सिद्ध करणारे चंदन सर आज ग्रामीण लोकांच्या शिक्षण आणि आरोग्य सेवे वर काम करत आहेत. त्यासाठी आपल्याला मोठ्यापगाराच्या नोकरिचा विचार न करता केवळ सिध्दार्थ महाविद्यालयात सह प्राचार्य म्हणून आनंदाने काम करत मुलांना मार्गदर्शन करीत आहेत.
गुणगौरव सोहळा
कार्यक्रमाचे प्रमुख आकर्षक होते आंबेडकरी चमकते तारे जे लोक आपल्या विविध क्षेत्रात उल्लेखनीय कामगिरी करत आहेत त्यांचा सुगंधाई फौंडेशन च्या वतीने सन्मानित करून गुणगौरव सोहळा पार पडला .यात अत्यंत प्रतिकूल परिस्थितीवर मात करत भारतीय अंतराळ संशोधन विभागात नव्याने निवड झालेले मा. राहुल घोडके याना त्यांच्या मातोश्री मा शारदा घोडके याचा सन्मान करून राहुल घोडके याना सन्मानित करण्यात आले.शिक्षण क्षेत्रातील विद्यारत्न म्हणून डॉ नंदकिशोर चंदन,डॉ स्नेहल तांबे यांना वैद्यकीय क्षेत्रासाठी ,तर समाजसेवा पुरस्कार म्हणून डॉ अनिल गायकवाड सर यांना तर समाजरत्न म्हणून प्रा कुणाल इंगळे एच ओ डी म्युझिक विभाग मुंबई युनिव्हर्सिटी यांना देण्यात आला .नवोदित गायक अमोल घोडके सुर नवा ध्यास नवा, प्रीतम बावडेकर -सारेगामापा ,ई टिव्ही गौरव महाराष्ट्राची विजेती धनश्री देशपांडे ,पार्श्व गायक चंद्रकांत प्रल्हाद शिंदे ,स्टार रायझिंग,सुर नवा ध्यास नवा विश्वजा जाधव आदि कलाकारांना संगीत रत्न पुरस्काराने गौरविण्यात आले .
अध्यक्षिय भाषण
कार्यक्रमाचे अध्यक्ष सरसेनानी मा. आनंदराज आंबेडकर साहेबांनी आपल्या अध्यक्षीय भाषणात विविध क्षेत्रातील काम करणाऱ्या आंबेडकरी हिऱ्यांचे कौतुक करत अत्यंत मोलाचे मार्गदर्शन केले .प्रतिकूल परिस्थितीत शिकून आपल्या ध्येयापर्यंत पोहलेल्या प्रा. चंदन सरांचे कौतुक केलेच त्याच बरोबर राहुल घोडके यांच्या आईचे व त्याचे ही कौतुक केले .
आज संविधान न मानणाऱ्या लोकांनां संविधान दिनाच्या दिवशीच न्याय दिला असे म्हणताना महामानव डॉ .बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरांनी दिलेले संविधान बदलू पाहणाऱ्यांना कायद्याने बदलण्यात आले हाच बाबासाहेबांचा व लोकशाहीचा विजय आहे असे ही ते म्हणाले.
आपल्याला परिवर्तन करावयाचे असेल तर अपार मेहनत घ्यावी लागेल व ती मेहनत आंबेडकरी जनता घेत आहे .समाजात विविध उद्योग व्यवसाय निर्माण होणे गरजेचे आहे त्या साठीं “अस्मिता” सारख्या संस्था काम करत आहेत नुकत्याच औरंगाबाद येथील धम्म परिषद येथे आंबेडकरी उद्योजकानी आपल्या व्यवसायाचे प्रदर्शन पाहून आपण ही चळवळ अधिक गतिमान करावी असे ही ते म्हणाले

कार्यक्रमाचे प्रमुख आयोजक मा राजेश खैरे ,मा उत्तम चाफे यांनी अथक मेहनत घेऊन कार्यक्रम अत्यंत आटोपशीर व सुटसुटीत पद्धतीने सपन्न केला . विध्यार्थी मार्गदर्शन कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन प्रसिद्ध उद्योजक मा विजय नाग यांनी केले तर स्वागत मा उत्तम चाफे यांनी तर सत्कारसोहळाचे सूत्रसंचालन मा राजेश खैरे यांनी आपल्या प्रभावी शैलीत केले.
“धम्मचक्र” ऑर्केस्ट्रा
आपल्या २५८ व्या प्रयोग साजरा करणार धम्मचक्र ऑर्केस्ट्रा हा आंबेडकरी चळवळीतील पहिला ऑर्केस्ट्रा आहे .आतापर्यंतचा २३ वर्षांचा प्रवास या ऑर्केस्ट्राच्या माध्यमातुन सामाजिक प्रबोधन करणारे मा.राजेश खैरे ,मा उत्तम चाफे आणि मा बी.जी.सकपाळ,संजय कांबळे,बबन जाधव यांनी उत्तम कार्यक्रमाचे देखणे आयोजन करून उपस्थित लोकांची मनें जिंकून टाकली. जवळपास सर्वच सत्कारमूर्ति कलाकारांनीं आपली कला सादर केली लहानगी विश्वाजा ,लहानगा अमोल यांनी तर बेफाम गाणं गात मंत्र मुग्ध केले . प्रीतम बावडेकर,चंद्रकांत दादा शिंदे यांनी हादरून सोडलें. गायीका प्रिती तोरणे/कोळी हिच्या बहारदार गीतांच्या सादरीकरणाने प्रेक्षकांचे लक्ष वेधुन घेतले.रिदमिस्ट एकापेक्षा एक वादक त्यापैकी संगीत क्षेत्रातील नामवंत वादक विजय जाधव ,संदिप डावरे, विकि आढाव,तुषार रणखांबे,सचिन कांबळे,दिपक गायकवाड यांनी खुप छान अस संगीत दिले त्यांचा वाद्यवृंदाने रसिक प्रेक्षकांना वेडावून सोडल.तसेच DANCE GROUP LAMBO आरती गोठणकर यांनी छान नृत्य प्रदर्शन केले.या कार्यक्रमाला ज्यांनी सहकार्य केले ते मा.मिलिंद धोत्रे साहेब,प्रकाश मोरे साहेब,सुनिल देवळेकर साहेब,प्रकाश कांबळे साहेब,मनोज जाधव,अनिल खैरै,आणि निशांत भगत साहेब या कार्यक्रमाला हजर होते .
मान्यवरांच्या उपस्थितीत
या प्रस्तुत कार्यक्रमाला समाजातील मान्यवरांची प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून उपस्थिती लाभली. त्यामध्ये आद.मानिषाताई आनंदराज आंबेडकर , मान. बी.जी.बनसोडे जी, मान. अरुण केदारे जी, सुरेंद्र कवाडे जी, सुनील देवळेकर जी, अनिल गायकवाड जी, विजय पवार जी, मनोज जाधव जी, सुमेध जाधव जी, अशोक उबाळे जी, संजय कांबळे जी, विजय नाग जी, संतोष धानमेहेर जी, रेवत कानींदे जी, किरण तांबे जी, किशोर वळंजू जी, अनिल खैरे जी, प्रकाश कांबळे जी, निशांत भगत जी इत्यादी तसेच विविध बौध्दजन पंचायत समित्यांच्या शाखाचे कार्यकर्ते व इतर मान्यवर उपस्थित होते. उपस्थित मान्यवरांचे स्वागत करण्यात आले .
