दि बुध्दिस्ट सोसायटी आॅफ इंडिया अर्थात भारतीय बौध्दमहासभा यांचे कार्याध्यक्ष आद भिमराव य आंबेडकर च्या अध्यक्षतेखाली प्रियदर्शी सम्राट अशोक जयंतीचा सोहळा आज संध्याकाळी ९.३० वा. चैत्यभुमीसमोरील कमलांकीत अशोक स्तंभाखाली संपन्न झाला .
बुध्दिस्ट इंडिया टीव्ही अन इतर सामाजिक संस्थामार्फत या सोहळ्याचे आयोजन केले होते. सुरुवातीला प्रबोधनात्मक आंबेडकरी गीतांचा संगितमय कार्यक्रम सादर झाला याच कार्यक्रमात मा. शेगावकर सरांचे स्पर्धा परीक्षा व करीयर मार्गदर्शन आयोजीत करण्यात आले.
मुख्य कार्यक्रमाची सुरूवात तथागतांना शरण जात त्रिसरण पंचगशील ग्रहण करुन झाली .सम्राट अशोकांना अभिवादन करुन विचारमंचावर अध्यक्ष मा. भिमरावजी आंबेडकर ,जेष्ठ नेते व जेष्ठ विचारवंत साहित्यिक मा. ज वि पवार व इतर मान्यवर स्थानापंन्न झाल्यावर त्यांचे स्वागत मुक्तीपथे ..या ग्रंथाच्या प्रती भेट देवुन करण्यात आले.
मंचावर विविध मान्यवरांची भाषणे झाली.कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजक बुध्दिस्ट इंडिया यांनी उत्तम आयोजन केले.
