जागतिक महिला दिन निमित्ताने रेणुका फौंडेशनने घरकाम करणाऱ्या महिलाचा प्रेरणा 2020 मेळावा आयोजित करून यशस्वीपणे सपन्न झाला .
विभागातील विविध समाजातील महिला व विविध संस्था सहभागी झाल्या होत्या……!
रेणुका ब्रँड आणि प्रोमोशन ही कॉर्पोरेट क्षेत्रात विविध कंपन्यांच्या ब्रँड ना त्यांचे प्रॉडक्ट Door to Door पोहचविण्याचे काम गेली 1999 पासून करत आहेत . हिंदुस्थान लिव्हर,पी अँड जी,कोलगेट,डाबर,पितांबरी,पार्ले,ब्रिटनिया,आय टी सी आदी कंपन्यांचे प्रोडक्ट प्रोमोशान आणि सेल्स चे काम करतात याच माध्यमातून त्यांनी जवळपास 2000 हजार महिलांना रोजगार मिळवून दिला आहे .
सर्वसामान्य घरातील महिला ,आधारहीन महिला याना रोजगार निर्मिती करत त्यांच्या सामाजिक प्रश्नांची जाण ठेऊन त्यांनी रेणुका फौंडेशन ची निर्मिती केली. सोबत आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञानाचा वापर करीत रक्तदानावर काम करत त्यांनी गरज ओळखून रक्तदाता आणि रुग्ण याना जोडणारा मोबाईल अप बनून मोफत प्रचार आणि प्रसार करत आहेत .
सामाजिक बांधिलकी म्हणून घरकाम करणाऱ्या महिलांचा महीला दिनानिमित्त प्रेरणा 2020 आयोजित करून आपली सामाजिक बांधिलकी जपली असे रेणुका फाऊंडेशन मा अनिल चव्हाण यांनी www.ambedkaree.com शी संवाद साधताना सांगितले.
महिलांना त्याच्या मासिक पाळी संदर्भात जनजागृती करण्यासाठी “स्टेपउप फौंडेशन” चे स्वप्नील .…..यानी त्यासंदर्भात विविध समज-गैरसमज यावर प्रबोधन केले. सॅनिटरी पॅड संदर्भात ही त्यानी महत्त्वाचे माहिती सांगितली.
विविध क्षेत्रात काम करणार्या महिलांच्या आरोग्याची काळजी व स्वस्त दरात गुणवतापूर्वक सेवा देणाऱ्या आलाप हॉस्पिटलचे डॉक्टर – डॉ ऐश्वर्या पालांडे आणि अनिरुद्ध पलांडे यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले ,शिक्षण क्षेत्रात काम करणाऱ्या आणि कांदिवली विभागात खाजगी क्लास घेऊन वाजवी दारात मुलांना मार्गदर्शन करणाऱ्या श्री साई कलासेस च्या संस्थापक मा कविता अमृत कदम यांनी ही मार्गदर्शन केले तर महिलांच्या सुरक्षा त्यांचे हक्क आणि ते मिळवून देण्यात भारतीय समाजसुधारकांचे योगदान आणि त्यांचे महत्त्व तसेच कायदेशीर मार्गदर्शन ऍड हर्षदा चौकेकर यांनी विशद करून समाजात स्त्रियानी स्वाभिमानाचे जीवन जगावे असे मार्गदर्शन केले .
सदर मेळाव्यास उपस्थित मागास आणि आर्थिकदृष्ट्या मागास सामाजात उद्योजकता वाढवी यावर काम करणारी अस्मिता मल्टिपर्पज ऑर्गनाझेशनचे चेअरमन मा किरण तांबे आणि सेक्रेटरी प्रमोद जाधव ,माहिती तंत्रज्ञानाच्या क्षेत्रात काम करून मध्यमवर्गीय विध्यार्थयाना संगणकीय कोर्सेस कमी दरात देणारे Success always computer Education चे संस्थापक मा.बजरंग शिर्के , क्रिएटिव्ह फिनसर्व्ह प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड सह व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक मा. . शामलता पूजारी आणि मा.समिधा देवकर ह्याही बँकीं क्षेत्रातील अनुभवी कर्तृत्वान महिला तर सामाजिक कार्य करत आपल्या अनुभवातून केमिकल मुक्त घरातील स्वच्छते वर काम करून आपली उत्पादन बाजारात आणून महिलाना स्वावलंबी बनवू पाहणारे गोपाळ एंटरप्रजेस चे मा सचिन शिर्के ,घरकाम करणाऱ्या महिलांना रोजगाराच्या नव्या वाटा देऊन त्यांना सन्मानाची संधी देणाऱ्या आयुष हेल्थ केअर च्या मा स्वेता जाधव तर कलेच्या माध्यमातून लोकांना शिक्षण देणारे सुप्रसिद्ध संगीतकार मा ब्रिजेश कदम व मा भालचंद्र चव्हाण यांनी ही आपली उपस्थिती दाखवली.
तर याच कार्यक्रमात RAVSWS या शिक्षणावर काम करणाऱ्या संस्थेचे संस्थापक मा सुकूमार पाईक यांनी उपस्थित राहून कार्यक्रमास चेकस्वरूपात देणगी दिली .
रेणुका फौंडेशन ने हा कार्यक्रम मोठ्या उत्साहात साजरा केला व त्यात जवळजवळ 500 घरकाम करणाऱ्या महिला आनंदाने सहभागी झाल्या होत्या. उपस्थित सर्वांचा सन्मान करण्यात आला .
विभागातील विविध राजकीय ,सामाजिक आणि सांस्कृतिक संस्था ,पक्ष यांच्या कार्यकर्ते व नगरसेवक आदींनी सहभाग घेतला व उपस्थित होते . शेवटीवतीने सर्वांचे आभार मानून कार्यक्रमाची सांगता झाली .
कार्यक्रम यशस्वी करण्यासाठी रेणुका फौंडेशन चे चेअरमन मा अनिल चव्हाण आणि त्यांची टीम अर्थात मा दिपक बांदिवडेकर, मंगेश सावंत ,प्रशांत जाधव गजानन सोनकांबळे ,गजानन साळवी ,सुभाष मांडले आदींनी परिश्रम घेतले त्याच प्रामाणे इतर सहभागी संस्था क्रांतिरत्न फौंडेशन,फिजिओकेर ,रेणुका किचन,LIC ,तर वेब मीडिया www.ambedkaree.com म्हणून आणि डिजिटल पार्टनर म्हणून YUGASMI च्या टीम ने सहकार्य केले.
