खारघर येथे प्रबुद्ध महिला संघाचा बौद्ध भिक्षु चारिका कार्यक्रम संपन्न.
तथागत बुद्धाला ज्ञान प्राप्त झाले नंतर धम्म प्रचारार्थ 45 वर्षे चारिका केली.
आता सामान्य धम्म उपासकाना चारिका म्हणजे काय? हे सांगणे आवश्यक आहे. यात्रा करणे, प्रवेश करणे. तथागत बौद्ध भिक्षूंना विनय सांगितला, की भिक्षुनी एका ठिकाणी बसून राहू नये. बसून राहिल्याने माणूस आळशी बनतो. म्हणून भिक्षुनी चारिका करावी. स्वतः तथागतानी 45 वर्षे चारिका केली! म्हणजे धम्म प्रचारार्थ सतत फिरत राहिले. हातात भिक्षा पात्र घेऊन .
लोकांकडून अन्न घ्यायचे, त्याबद्दल्यात लोकांना धम्म उपदेश करायचे. यालाच तथागत चारिका म्हणायचे. भिक्षुनी सुद्धा चारिका केली पाहिजे, आशा विनय म्हणजे नियम तथागतानी घालून दिला. पण या विनयचा भिक्षूंना विसर पडला आहे की काय असे वाटते.
पण दि. 16 जून 2018 रोजी खारघर येथे प्रबुद्ध महिमा संघांनी चारिका हा कार्यक्रम घेऊन तथागतानी घालून दिलेल्या नियमाची आठवण करून दिली आहे.
