नामांतर लढ्यातील लढवय्ये- नामांतर लढ्याचा प्रेरणादायी असा संग्राह्य इतिहास.

दिवंगत पँथर दया हिवराळे प्रख्यात चित्रकार,कवी लेखक आणि मातंग समाजातील कडवे लढाऊ आंबेडकरवादी कार्यकर्ते होते. ते आजारपणामुळे अखेरच्या काळात रुग्णालयात असतानाही मी त्यांच्यावर दैनिक ‘सामना’ तून लिहिले होते.
ठाण्यातील दैनिक ‘लोकनायक’ मध्ये (2006 -2010) मी कार्यकारी संपादक असतांना दया हिवराळे यांना आग्रहपूर्वक स्तंभलेखन करायला लावले होते. त्या काळात त्यांनी राज्याच्या खेड्यापाड्यात फिरून असंख्य पँथर्स- भीमसैनिकांच्या भेटीगाठी घेऊन नामांतर लढ्यावर लोकनायकमधून क्रमशः लिखाण केले होते. त्यातून ‘ नामांतर लढ्यातील लढवय्ये’ हे त्यांचे एक पुस्तक साकारले. त्याचे मुखपूष्ठ आणि एक पान इथे शेअर करत आहे. वाचयला जमले तर अवश्य वाचावे.
या पुस्तकाच्या प्रती दया हिवराळे यांचे पुत्र कबीर हिवराळे ( रमाबाई कॉलनी,घाटकोपर )यांच्याकडे उपलब्ध होऊ शकतात. ते पुस्तक म्हणजे नामांतर लढ्याचा प्रेरणादायी असा संग्राह्य इतिहास आहे.अन त्यात डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या प्रतिष्ठेसाठी एकाच वेळी 10 भीमशहिदांनी बलिदान दिलेल्या रमाबाई कॉलनीने नामांतरासाठी दिलेल्या योगदानाची कथाही त्यात आहे.
