१२ वर्षापासून रखडलेल्या विश्वरत्न डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर स्मारकाच्या कामातील दिरंगाई व काम पूर्तीअभावी लोकार्पणापासून वंचित राहील्याकारणाने बदलापूरातील बहुजन समाज आज दि.१३/१२/२०२० रोजी सुसंवादाच्या रुपाने स्मारक स्थळी एकवटला.
विश्वरत्न डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर हे संपूर्ण भारतीयांचे उध्दारकर्ते आहेत.बाबासाहेबांच्या नावाने अनेक वास्तू संपूर्ण जगभरात पहायला मिळतात.बाबासाहेब हे एक चालते बोलते ज्ञानाचे विद्यापिठ आहेत.परंतु राजकारणी नेते हे बाबासाहेबांच्या स्मारकाच्या नावाने राजकारण करित बहुजन बौध्द जनतेला भावनिकतेमध्ये अडकवून गेली १२ वर्षापासून बदलापूर सोनिवली येथे रखडलेले स्मारक काम आजतागायत अपूर्णावस्थेतच ठेवलेले आहे.
प्रत्येक निवडणुकीत ह्या स्मारकाचा मुद्दा भावनिक व पूढे करुन निवडणूका जिंकल्या जातात.निवडणूक झाली की स्मारकाचे काम कासवापेक्षा धिम्या गतीने चालते.याबाबतचे वास्तव चिञ,कामातील दिरंगाई,निकृष्ट दर्जा इ.बाबतीत कधीच बदलापूरकरांना तसेच विश्वरत्न डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर स्मारक संवर्धन व संरक्षण समितीला विश्वासात घेतले जात नाही.
जणू काही माझी खाजगी प्रापर्टी म्हणून जनतेला या निर्णय प्रक्रियेत हेतुपुरस्कर सामावून घेतले जात नाही.कोण ठेकेदार?कोण इंजिनिअर? स्मारक आराखडा?इत्यादी बाबत उगिचच गोपनियता.याबाबतचे इतिवृत्त कामातील दर्जा व काम पूर्णत्वाबाबतची श्वेतपञिका बदलापूरकरांना बदलापूर नगरपरिषद निवडणूक पूर्वी जाहीर व्हावी व १४ एप्रिल दिनी विश्वरत्न डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या जयंतीदिनी या स्मारकाचे लोकार्पण खरोखर होण्यासाठी स्मारक कामाच्या पूर्ती करिता स्मारक स्थळी आज दि.१३/१२/२०२० रोजी सर्व समाजघटकातून प्रातिनिधीक स्वरुपात एकवटला.याप्रसंगी स्मारक कामाची पाहणी करण्यात आली.स्थानिक ठेकेदारांना कामाबाबत समाजसेवक श्री.कालीदास देशमुख यांनी विचारणा केली.इंजिनियर व वरिष्ठ अधिकारी यांच्याबरोबर दुरध्वनीवर संवाद साधला.
आजच्या सुसंवाद बैठकीत आदरणीय भन्ते राहुलरत्नजी उपस्थित होते.स्मारक काम दिरंगाईबाबत त्यांनीही आपले बहुमोल विचार मांडले.विश्वरत्न डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर स्मारक संवर्धन व संरक्षण समितीचे पदाधिकारी अरुण केदारे,सुरेश रोकडे,अड.बी.जी.बनसोडे, प्रहारचे शहर अध्यक्ष अविनाश सोनवणे,संजय बेटकर,आनंद सोनकांबळे ,नवनित तायडे,योगेश येलवे,राजेश गायकवाड इ.जण उपस्थित होते.या स्मारक कामातील दिरंगाई व कामाचा दर्जाबाबत प्रत्येकाने आजच्या सुसंवादात विचार मांडले.
सुसंवादात खालील बाबींवर ऊहापोह झाला.
◆विश्वरत्न डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर स्मारकाच्या कामाला गती प्राप्त व्हावी.ती सुंदर वास्तू सर्वांना उपलब्ध व्हावी.तीच्यावर कोणाचाही मालकी हक्क असता कामा नये.त्यात कोणताही भ्रष्टाचार होऊन त्या पविञ वास्तुच्या कामाचा दर्जा निकृष्ठ होऊ नये.

◆ विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी स्टडी सेंटर

◆ बुध्दमूर्ती व बाबासाहेबांचा संविधान प्रत हाती घेततेला पूर्णाकृती पूतळा
◆ पर्यटन स्थळी सुशोभिकरण
◆ स्मारकामधून दिलेला अनधिकृत १२ फुटी रस्ता रद्द करणे
◆ स्मारक कामातील दिरंगाई व भ्रष्टाचाराची सखोल चौकशी होणेबाबत
◆ स्मारक क्षेञ निश्चितीकरिता पुर्नसर्व्हेक्षण(सिटी सर्व्हे) होणेबाबत
◆ कारंजे,गार्डन,इ.बाबींची पूर्तता
यासर्व बाबी लवकर पूर्ण करुन बदलापूरातील सोनिवली येथील श्रध्दास्थान असणारे विश्वरत्न डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर स्मारक येणाऱ्या १४ एप्रिल २०२१ रोजी पूर्णत्वाला नेऊन लोकार्पण होण्यासाठी बदलापूरातील निर्भिड व आंबेडकर प्रेमी समाजसेवक तथा राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस चे जेष्ठ नेते आदरणीय कालीदासदादा देशमुख यांनी महाविकास आघाडीतील सामाजिक न्यायमंञी श्री.धनंजयदादा मूंढे यांच्याकडे स्मारकपूर्तीसाठी व तशाप्रकारची गती मिळण्यासाठी बदलापूरकरांच्या वतीने प्रतिनिधित्व स्वरुपात कैफियत मांडली आहे असे समजते.
