बाप माणूस – सामाजिक जान असणारा व्यवसाहिक प्रत्यक्ष कृतीतून मुलाला बनविला एक यशस्वी उद्योजक.
मधुकर जाधव शेजावली या खेडेगावचा कोकणातील एक तरुण राजपुरा येथून येऊन मुंबईत 1996 ला आपले फूट वेअर चे दुकान मुलगा सुबोध या साठी सुरू करतो आणि त्या छोट्या दुकानाचे एक प्रशस्त शोरूम मध्ये रूपांतर होते .
इथपर्यंतचा प्रवास आणि त्यासाठी त्यांनी केलेली चिकाटी हे अत्यंत अन दाखल घेण्यासारखी बाब आहे .
स्वतः आंबेडकरी चळवळीतील सक्रिय असणारे मधुकर आपण एक यशस्वी उद्योजक आहोत याचा काधीही बोभाटा केला नाहीय की मी व्यवसाहिक आहे माझा अनुभव आहे तुम्ही माझेच ऐकले पाहिजे असे कधीही न करता एकदम अजात शत्रू बनून आणि कायम एक विध्यार्थी बनून सामाजिक चळवळीत जमेल तसे कार्य करीत असतात.
आपल्या कोकणातील तरुण मुंबईत कमी पगाराच्या आणि हलक्या कामाच्या नोकरी करतात त्यातून त्यांची अवस्था एकदम गुदमरून जाते यावर काही उपाय मिळतो का वेगवेळ्या लोकांना भेटून अन संपर्क करून आपल्या मानातिल ही बाब कित्येक वर्षांपासून चालू होती पण त्याला वेग व्हाट्स च्या माध्यमातून आला .
त्यानी काम चालूच ठेवले अन आपल्या सहकाऱ्यांनी एक संस्था उभी केली त्या सहकारी तत्वावर उभ्या असलेल्या अस्मिता चे खरे सहसंस्थापक असलेले मधुकर जाधव आपल्यातील व्यवसाहिक नवी पिढीत निर्माण करण्यासाठी धडपडत आहेत.
www.ambedkaree.com ने नुकतीच अचानक त्यांच्या बदलापूर च्या फुट्वेअर शोरूम ला भेट दिली अन नंतर उलगडला त्यांचा प्रवास .
राजापूर येथील शेजावली या खेडेगावात प्राथमिक अन राजपुरात माध्यमिक शिक्षण घेऊन पुढे मुंबई महानगर पालिकेत नोकरी करत आपल्या मुलाला अर्थात सुबोध ला शानदार फुट्वेअर चे 1996 ला छोटे खाणी दुकान करून दिले पुढे त्याच दुकानाचे आज बाटा, पॅरोगोन, अकॅशन ,नायकी……आदि सारखे ब्रँड च्या बिग रिटेलेर म्हणून बदलापूर कात्रप रोड वर एकमेव नावाजलेले दुकान म्हणून ओळखले जाते .
समोर पादुका सारखा मोठा शोरूम असून ही यांच्या कॅडे ग्राहकांचा कल जोरदार असतो.अर्थात ते म्हणतात याला जास्त मेहनत आणि पूर्णपणे वाहून घेतले ते सुबोध ने आज जे काही यश आहे ते सुबोध चे त्याच्या मेहनतीने ते त्याने केले त्याला मार्गदर्शन अन लागेल ती मदत केली .
एक आंबेडकरी तरुण प्रत्यक्ष घडविणारे मधुकर जाधव पूर्वी भेटायचे चर्चा व्हायचा त्यांची समाजाविषयी असलेली तळमळ आणि तरुणांना व्यवसाहिक बनविण्यासाठी असलेली धडपड यावर त्यांच्या विषयी आदरपूर्वक मानसन्मान वाटायचाच पण काल त्यांना प्रत्यक्ष पाहिल्यावर एक उद्योजक घडविणारा कृतिशील पिता पाहिल्यावर त्यांच्याप्रती आदर आणखीनच वाढला .
कालच्या धावत्या भेट केवळ मोजून 3 मिनिटांचीच कारण दुकानाच्या आत ग्राहकांची भरपूर गर्दी होती अन त्या गर्दीत त्यांना अडचण करणे योग्य नव्हे .
