कंत्राटी कामगारांनी संघटित व्हावे:-सागर तायडे
मालवण दि. २२ डिसेंबर – राज्यातील विविध क्षेत्रात काम करणाऱ्या दीड लाख कंत्राटी कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या नोकऱ्या धोक्यात आणणारे शासन आदेश रद्द करावे आणि कंत्राटी कामगारांना कायमस्वरूपी कामावर ठेवावे.त्यासाठी महानगरपालिका,नगरपालिका, नगरपंचायत, नगरपरिषद मधील दीड लाख कंत्राटी कामगारांनी संघटित व्हावे असे सागर तायडे अध्यक्ष स्वतंत्र मजदूर युनियन महाराष्ट्र राज्य यांनी आवाहन केले.
मालवण नगरपालिका कामगारांच्या वतीने समाज मंदिर सभागृहात मालवण येते संघटित असंघटित कामगारांची चिंतन बैठक आयोजित करण्यात आली होती.त्यावेळी भाई सुदीप कांबळे, सचिन कासरे, अनिल वळंजू आनंद वायगणकर सहप्रमुख पदाधिकारी उपस्थित होते. त्यात सागर तायडे हे प्रमुख मार्गदर्शक म्हणून बोलत होते.
शासनाच्या विविध सेवा मधील मागील २० वर्षापासून कार्यरत असणारे हजारो कंत्रांटी कामगार कर्मचारी आज आपल्या न्याय मागण्यांसाठी वेगवेगळे लढत आहेत.ते सर्व डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या क्रांतीकारी विचारांच्या स्वतंत्र मजदूर युनियन च्या बॅनर खाली संघटित झाले तर त्यांना न्याय मिळवून देण्यासाठी राष्ट्रीयपातळीवर सनद शीर मार्गाने लढता येईल.राष्ट्रीय पातळीवर बारा ट्रेंड युनियन महासंघ आहेत पण ते मनुवादी विचारधारा मानणारे असल्यामुळेच मागासवर्गीय कामगारांना कायमस्वरूपी नोकरी मिळण्या ऐवजी कंत्राटी कामगार म्हणून काम करावे लागते. ज्या ठिकाणी २४० दिवस सलग काम चालते त्या ठिकाणच्या कामगारांना कायमस्वरूपी कामगार म्हणून घेतले पाहिजे असा कायदा असतांना ही देशात कंत्राटी कामगारांची पद्धत रूढ होतांना दिसत आहे. याला आपण जबाबदार आहोत, कारण बहुसंख्य मागासवर्गीय कामगार डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचा जयजयकार करण्यातच धन्यता मानतात.पण बाबासाहेबांची कामगार चळवळी बाबतची भूमिका समजून घेत नाही.असे सागर तायडे यांनी मार्गदर्शन करतांना सांगितले.
सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्ह्यातील सर्व नगरपालिका, नगरपंचायत,नगर परिषद,मधील संघटित असंघटित कामगारांना स्वतंत्र म्युनिसिपल कामगार युनियन संलग्न स्वतंत्र मजदूर युनियन शी जोडण्याचे काम मी जबाबदारीने पार पाडेल, मला सध्या कोणतेही पद नको आहे असे भाई सुदीप कांबळे यांनी सांगितले.सलग १०/२० वर्ष शासन सेवेत कंत्राटी पध्दतीने तुटपुंज्या मानधनावर सेवा केल्यानंतर ही सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग त्या कामगारांची नोंद घेत नाही. त्या कंत्राटी कामगारांचे शोषण मोठ्या प्रमाणात होत असतांना आपण पाहतो त्यासाठी काही तरी केले पाहिजे ही माझी खुप दिवसाची धडपड सुरू होती.त्याला आता योग्य पर्याय निर्माण झाल्यामुळे आता शांत बसून चालणार नाही. त्याविरोधात संघटीत पणे संघर्ष करण्यासाठी तयार व्हावे असे भाई सुदीप कांबळे यांनी चिंतन बैठीकाचा समारोप करतांना सांगितले,अनिल वळुंज यांनी सर्वांचे आभार व्यक्त केले.
