वंचित बहुजन आघाडीच्या नव्या प्रयोगात आंबेडकरांनी महाराष्ट्रातील दलितेतर सत्ता वंचित छोट्या छोट्या बहुजन घटकांना एकत्र केलं आहे. लोकसभा निवडणुकीतील ४१ लाख मतांमध्ये या वंचित बहुजनांचा हिस्सा नाकारता येणार नाही. महाराष्ट्रातील पुरोगामी राजकीय नेत्यांनी आणि माध्यमांनीही थोडे डोळे उघडे ठेवून प्रकाश आंबेडकरांच्या सभांना होणारी गर्दी पहावी. मिलिंद शिंदेंचं गाणं ऐकावं. आणि ऑनलाईन निधी संकलनासाठी सुरू केलेली वेबसाईट पहावी. अक्षरशः हजारो लोक ५०० ते २००० रुपयांची नोट देत आहेत. प्रकाश आंबेडकरांच्या सोलापूरच्या निवडणुकीत माझ्या परिचयाच्या एका कार्यकर्त्याने सांगितलं, की त्याच्या छोट्या गावाने ४ लाख रुपये जमवून दिले. प्रकाश आंबेडकरांच्या सभेला होणारी गर्दी कोणाच्या पैशातून होते असा अश्लाघ्य प्रश्न विचारणाऱ्यांनी मिलिंद शिंदेंचं गाणं ऐकलं तर त्यांना कळेल. सुयोग केदारचे शब्द आहेत.
‘आता नाही कुणा वाव गं,
म्हणे भीमा कोरेगाव गं,
खरोखर नवी क्रांती केल्यासारखं वाटतंय,
बाळासाहेबांना पाहून गं,
भीम परतून आल्यासारखं वाटतंय.’
