आंबेडकरी साहित्यिक,भारिप चे नेते आणि दलित पँथर चे सहस्थापक आद ज वि पवार यांना पत्नी शोक…!
प्रख्यात दलित पँथरचे सहसंस्थापक आणि जेष्ठ साहित्यिक ज.वि. पवार यांच्या पत्नी जयमाला जयराम पवार, यांचे शुक्रवार दिनांक २९ जानेवारी २०२१ रोजी दुपारी दिर्घ आजाराने बोरीवली येथील राहत्या घरी निधन झाले. मृत्यूसमयी त्यांचे वय ७० वर्षे होते.

कोकणातील राजापूर तालुक्यातील कोतापुर या गावच्या मूळरहिवासी असणाऱ्या जयमाला यांचे बालपण मुंबईतील नागपाडा येथील जिथे दलित पँथर ची स्थापना आणि पहिला मेळावा ही भरला होता त्या सिद्धार्थ नगर येथील महापालिका कामगार वसाहतीत गेले.
एकंदर आंबेडकरी चळवळीचा बालेकिल्ला असलेल्या वस्तीत राहणाऱ्या जयमाला यांचे मंगलपरिणय पँथरचे सस्थापक आणि आंबेडकरी साहित्यिक ज वि पवार याच्याशी झाला.त्यांच्या मागे एक मुलगा आणि मुलगी असून जेष्ठ नेते ज वि पवार यांच्यावर फार मोठा आघात झाला आहे.
त्या ७० वर्षांच्या होत्या. त्यांचा अंत्यविधी आजच संध्याकाळी ठीक सात वाजता बोरीवली (पश्चिम) येथील वझीरा स्मशानभूमीत चळवळीतील सर्व प्रमुख मान्यवरांच्या उपस्थितित पार पडला.
