आज गुरू पौर्णिमा……!
जगाला दुःख मुक्तीचा मार्ग दाखवत …जगातील अज्ञान दूर करणारे अन ज्ञानाचा मार्ग दाखवणारे तथागत गौतम बुद्धच खरे गुरू आहेत….गुरू शिष्य परंपरा त्यांनीच सुरू केलीय…..याचे सविस्तर कथन…प्रस्तुत लेखात केलेय ते नवोदित स्फुट लेखिका वृषली पवार यांनी…!
इ. स. पूर्व ५२८ ला सिद्धार्थ गौतम बुद्धांना बौध्दगया येथे पिंपळ वृक्षाखाली सम्यक संबोधि प्राप्त झाली होती.
वेगवेगळ्या ठिकाणी आपणांस मिळालेल्या ज्ञानाचा विचार करीत असताना हे ज्ञान कोणाला द्यावे आणि हे ज्ञान मानवाला देऊ की, नको असे त्यांचे मन त्यांना विचारीत होते. त्यांनी त्यांच्या मनाशी निश्चय केला व ठरविले की, हे ज्ञान आपण माणसाला दिले पाहिजे कारण जग हे अंधारात आहे, जगाला ज्ञानाचा प्रकाश दिलाच पाहिजे. ” ज्ञान म्हणजे प्रकाश” अशी बुद्धांची महत्वाची शिक्षणाची संकल्पना होती. म्हणून सारनाथ येथे तथागतांनी पाच भिक्षुंना बौध्द धम्मांच्या वैज्ञानिक दृष्टीची शिदोरी मानवी जीवनाच्या कल्याणासाठी विनामुल्य भिक्षुंना दिली. हीच खऱ्या अर्थाने गुरु पौर्णिमा साजरी झाली. त्यामुळेच भिक्षु कुठल्याही लोभाला बळी न पडता आपल्या गुरूंनी ज्याप्रमाणे आपले ज्ञान हे विनामुल्य बहाल केले त्याचप्रमाणे त्याकाळातील शिष्यांनीही आपल्या गुरूचा वारसा हा जपला., म्हणूनच भारत व भारताच्या शेजारील राष्ट्रांना बौद्धतत्त्वज्ञानाचा मोठा इतिहास (बौध्दस्तुप, लेण्या, शिल्प इ.) या मार्फत आपल्याला आजही बघायला मिळत आहे.
हा वारसा राजा सम्राट अशोकांनी पुढे चालविला व तेच सम्यक विचार महामानव डॉ. बाबासाहेबांनी आपल्या धम्म बांधवांना दिले. हाच वारसा २१ व्या शतकातील नव्या येणाऱ्या पिढीने दुसऱ्या पिढीला दिला तर बुद्ध धम्म हा मानवी जीवनाचा उत्कर्षाचा केंद्रबिंदू ठरेल. म्हणूनच येणाऱ्या पिढीला योग्य त्या रीतीने मार्गदर्शन करणे हे सर्व बांधवांचे काम आहे. हीच खरी गुरु दक्षिणा तथागतांच्या व मानवी जीवनाच्या कल्याणासाठी झटणाऱ्या सर्व महामानवाच्या वैज्ञानिक दूरदृष्टी विचारांना असेल.
आज जर का पाहिले तर बहुतेक मुले शिक्षणा पासून वंचित आहे.अजूनही काही जणांना योग्य मार्गदर्शन करणारे गुरु मिळत नाही. त्यामुळे अश्यावेळी सर्व काही येत असताना देखील शिक्षण अपुरे राहते. महत्वाचे म्हणजे काही जणांची परिस्थिती बिकट असल्यामुळे चांगले क्लास लावता येत नाही कारण फी मोठ्या प्रमाणात आकारली जाते. तरी देखील जिद्द व मेहनतीच्या जोरावर अशी मुले चांगल्या गुरूंच्या विचाराने आपले कार्य करत पुढे जातात.
प्रत्येक क्षेत्रात गुरु शिक्षक यांचे नाते हे खूप मोलाचे ठरले आहे आणि आपल्या गुरूंच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली अनेक जण उच्च पदावर आहे. त्यामुळे आपल्या आयुष्यात प्रत्येक गोष्टीत चांगलं मार्गदर्शन करणारे आपले गुरूच असतात आणि कधी ना कधी पावलोपावली आपल्यात विकसित होणाऱ्या या विचारांची, ज्ञानाची बळ देणारी ही भेट आपल्यासाठी बहुमोलाची ठरते…गुरु पौर्णिमा निमित्ताने सर्वांना शुभेच्छा….!
