महामानव डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचे सुप्रसिद्ध चरित्रकार चांगदेव खैरमोडे यांचा आज स्मृतिदिन….!
लहानपणीच डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचा सहवास व मार्गदर्शन लाभलेले प्रामाणिक व तत्वज्ञानी लेखक म्हणून खैरमोडे यांचे साहित्य क्षेत्रातील योगदान अबाधीत आहे अनेक पिढ्या जेव्हा महामानव डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर वाचू लागले,समजू लागले तेव्हाच बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर उलगडून सांगण्याचे महत्त्वाचे कार्य खैरमोडे यांनी केले. हे अतुलनीय व ऐतिहासिक कार्य आहे हे इतिहास विसरणार नाही. सुप्रसिद्ध चरित्र्यकार म्हणून त्यांच्या महान स्मृतीस www.ambedkaree.comविनम्र अभिवादन करीत आहे.

डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांचं काम जगाला माहित करून देणारा माणूस, चरित्रकार चांगदेव खैरमोडे यांचं १८ नोव्हेंबर १९७१ला निधन झालं. भारतीय संविधान निर्माते बोधिसत्व डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या बहुआयामी व्यक्तिमत्त्वाचे विविध पैलू उलगडून दाखवणारं बहुखंडात्मक चरित्र हे त्यांचं मराठी साहित्यविश्वातलं महत्त्वाचं योगदान.त्याचबरोबर खैरमोडे यांनी काही महत्त्वाचं वैचारिक लेखनही केलंय.त्यांच्या कार्याची ओळख करून देणारी ही सर्व नोंद आहे.
बाबासाहेबांचं चरित्र हे अनेक अर्थांनी मौलिक आहे.मराठी साहित्यविश्वातलं ते एक महत्त्वाचं संचित आहे. बाबासाहेब समजून घेऊ पाहणाऱ्या पुढच्या अनेक पिढ्यांसाठी हे चरित्रखंड दिशादर्शक आहेत.त्यासाठी या सर्व पिढ्या खैरमोडे यांच्या सदैव ऋणात राहतील.
