जेव्हा एखाद्या स्त्री वर बलात्कार होतो तेव्हा तिची जात किंवा धर्म कुठला आहे ,यावरून जर तिच्यावरिल अन्यायाचे मूल्यमापन ठरणार असेल, तर याचा अर्थ असा होतो की भारतीय समाज मन खुप “मागास” विचारांचा आहे…
स्त्री ही मनुष्य आहे, ती कोणत्या कुळात जन्मलेली आहे , ती ब्राह्मण आहे की शुद्र(sc,st, nt,obc) आहे, हिंदू आहे की मुस्लिम आहे, भारतीय आहे की विदेशी, हे प्रश्न लोकांच्या मनात मुळात येतात कुठून ????
स्त्री वर झालेल्या अत्याचार विरुद्ध न्याय मिळवण्यासाठी ती “स्त्री” आहे इतकं पुरेसे नाही का ??
बलात्कार हे कोणत्याही विशिष्ट वर्गाचाच न्हवे, तर संपूर्ण मानवजाती समोरील महत्वाची समस्या आहे… सर्वाना याचा एकजुटीने सामना करावा लागेल..
