जनमानसात लोककलेच्या माध्यमातून समाजजागृती करणारा कलावंत सतत आपल्या यातना सोसत काम करत असतो …लोकजागृतीचा जागृत अग्नी तेवत ठेवणाऱ्या असख्य कलाकारांत छगन चौगुले ही आहेत….त्यांना www.ambedkaree.com चे विनम्र अभिवादन….!
मित्र हो,आज लोकगायक छगन चौगुले अनंतात विलीन झाले…
आज लोकसंगीतातील शिखर कोसळलेलं आहे. आदरणीय छगन चोगुले हे लोककलावंत आपल्याला सोडून गेलेले आहेत. मराठी कला-साहित्य संस्कृतीचे कधीही न भरून निघणारे नुकसान झालेले आहे.
छगन चोगुले यांची गाणी, गोंधळ, ओव्या म्हणजे प्रचंड समृद्ध भांडार आहे. त्यांचा टिपेचा आवाज काळजात घुसायचा. तो आवाजच एक विद्रोह होता. जरी आशय हा परंपरागत होता तरी तो मौखिक लोकपरंपरेतून आलेला होता. छगन चोगुले हे याकाळात खऱ्या अर्थाने मौखिक परंपरेचा हुंकार होते.
“भोळ्या भक्ताच्या घरी गोंधळाला ये गं
गोंधळाला ये गं… मान कुंकवाचा घे गं…”
“नवरी नटली…काळूबाई सुपारी फुटली…”
“आई राजं, आई राजं…
पाया पडणं येतंया माझं गं…
आई उधं बोला…”
अव्यक्त अब्राह्मणी नेणिवेनं ओतप्रोत भारलेली त्यांची गाणी, त्यांचे संगीत येणाऱ्या पिढ्यांना नक्कीच मार्गदर्शक ठरणार आहे. नेणिवेतील स्त्रीसत्ता त्यांच्या गाण्यातून पुन्हा पुन्हा डोकावत राहते! त्यांची कितीतरी गीतं मराठी मनावर गारूड करणारी आहेत. हजारो गाणी लिहून…गाऊन ही छगन चौगुले या मराठी देशात उपेक्षेचे धनी झाले. लोक कलावंतांचा वनवास इथं संपता-संपत नाही. छगन चौगुले यांना वगळून मराठी लोकपरंपरेचा अभ्यास कधी ही पूर्ण होणार नाही. इतकं मोठं योगदान त्यांनी दिलेलं आहे.
आज कोरोनाने मराठी मुलखाचा कंठ चोरून नेला आहे…
