वंचित बहुजन आघाडीचे सर्वेसर्वा आद बाळासाहेब तथा प्रकाश य आंबेडकर यांनी दत्तक घेतलेल्या पुरात बुडालेल्या सांगली जिल्यातील ब्रम्हनाळ गावाची भेट घेतलीं आणि त्यांनी आढावा घेतला .सोबत वंचित चे प्रमुख सचिव मा गोपीचंद पडळकर आणि मा जयसिंग तात्या शेंडगे आणि पुनर्वसन प्रमुख मा सचिन माळी आणि VBA चे नेतेगन उपस्थित होते .खुद्द आद.बाळासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी आपल्या FB च्या पेजवर दिलेली माहिती त्यांच्याच शब्दात–
“वंचित बहुजन आघाडीने पुनर्वसनासाठी दत्तक घेतलेल्या सांगली जिल्ह्यातील पळुस तालुक्यातील ब्रम्हनाळ गावाला आज भेट दिली. शाश्वत पुनर्वसनासाठी गावात वंचित बहुजन आघाडीची टीम मेहनत घेत आहे. आज त्यांची भेट घेऊन कामाचा आढावा घेतला व ग्रामस्थांशी संवाद साधला.’
‘आज पक्षाच्यावतीने ब्रम्हनाळ गावातील नागरिकांना रेशन वाटप करण्यात आले. त्याचबरोबर गावातील पुरात नुकसान झालेल्या घरांच्या बांधकामालाही सुरुवात झाली आहे.”
“ब्रम्हनाळ गाव वर्षभरात महाराष्ट्रातील ‘आदर्श गाव’ होईल.
असा मला विश्वास आहे. पुरात बोट उलटून जलसमाधी झालेल्या १८ मृत बांधवांच्या कुटुंबीयांची भेटही घेतली.”
“आज माझ्यासोबत वंचित बहुजन आघाडीचे मुख्य महासचिव गोपीचंद पडळकर, वरिष्ठ नेते जयसिंग तात्या शेंडगे, पक्षाचे प्रवक्ते आणि ब्रम्हनाळ गाव पुनर्वसनासाठी गावात ठाण मांडून असलेले सचिन माळी व सहकारी उपस्थित होते.’
