“कोरोना जनक चीन आणि बाबासाहेबांचे इशारे.

” साम्यवादी चीन हा पसरणार्‍या वणव्याप्रमाणे आहे. तो सर्वच भस्मसात करीत जातोय, अगदी लोकशाहीसुद्धा, त्याच्यापासून दूर राहा. आज नसला तरी नजिकच्या भविष्यात चीन भारतावर आक्रमण करण्याचा धोका उद्भवणार आहे” असा परखड इषारा भारतीय संसदेत बोलताना २६ ऑगस्ट १९५४ रोजी डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी दिला होता. १९६२ साली चीनने भारतावर आक्रमण करून आणि फार मोठा भूभाग गिळंकृत करून तो खरा ठरवला. ते राज्यसभेत भारतीय परराष्ट निती या विषयावर बोलत होते. पंतप्रधान नेहरू हे बाबासाहेबांचे भाषण काळजीपुर्वक ऎकत होते. एका सदस्याने या भाषणात अडथळा आणण्याचा प्रयत्न केला असता अध्यक्षांनी त्या सदस्याला फटकारले.
आज कोरोनाचा विषाणू चीनमधून जगभर पसरवला गेलाय. बाबासाहेबांच्या भाषा वापरून सांगायचे झाले तर ह्या वणव्यात सारे जग होरपळून निघत असून चीनच्या चुकीची शिक्षा आज भारतासह सार्‍या जगाला भोगावी लागते आहे. हा विषाणू निसर्गातून जन्मला की चीनने प्रयोगशाळेत तयार करून जगात पोचवला यावर मतभिन्नता आहे. चीनने सार्‍या जगावर लादलेल्या या जैविक महायुद्धाने सारे जग पोळून निघाले आहे. चीनचे लालभाई सत्ताधिश महत्वाकांक्षी, हुकुमशाहीवृत्तीचे आणि आक्रमक आहेत हे आजवर अनेकदा सिद्ध झालेले आहे. शांततेच्या मार्गाने आंदोलन करणार्‍या लाखो तरूणांना रणगाड्यांखाली चिरडून मारणारे चिनी सत्ताधीस क्रूरकर्मा आणि रानटी आहेत हे वेगळे सांगायला नको. आज चीनची मुजोरी, इतर देशांना छळण्यासाठी वापरली जाणारी बाजारू अर्थनिती आणि संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघटनेत चीन वापरीत असलेला नकाराधिकार [ व्हेटोचा अधिकार ] हे सारे बघितले की चीन काहीही करू शकतो यावर विश्वास बसतो. सत्तेसाठी हे भयंकर आक्रमणकारी लोक काहीही करू शकतात. जगातील सगळी प्रगत राष्ट्रं आज चीनच्या विषाणूमुळे कोलमडून पडली आहेत. ही चीनची पद्धतशीर रणनितीपण असू शकते.
बाबासाहेबांचा द्रष्टेपणा असा की त्यांनी साडेसहा दशकांपुर्वीच भारताला याबाबत जागे केले होते. ” साम्यवाद्यांना लोकशाहीचे वावडे असते. त्यांना नितीमत्ताही नको असते. माओ हा चीनमध्ये ज्याप्रमाणे तिथल्या बौद्धांना अमाणूष वागणूक देत आहे ते पाहाता तो पंचशील पायदळी तुडवणारा सत्ताधिश आहे, हे उघड दिसते. भारताने चीनबरोबर मैत्री करू नये. भारताने लोकशाहीवादी राष्ट्रांशी मैत्री करायला हवी,” असेही ते म्हणाले. राज्यसभेचे सदस्य म्हणून बोलताना बाबासाहेब पुढे म्हणाले, ” साम्यवाद आणि लोकशाही कधीच एकत्र नांदू शकत नाही. साम्यवादी देशांच्या शेजार्‍यांनी सतत सावध राहायला हवे. चीनला आपली सरहद्द भारताला भिडविण्यासाठी भारताने मदत करावी हे दुर्दैवी आहे. ही चूक भारताला फार महागात पडू शकते. चीनला आक्रमणाची चटक लागलेली आहे. माओने तिबेट करारात पंचशील आणि अनाक्रमण ह्याला मान्यता दिलेली असली तरी माओचा पंचशीलावर विश्वास नाही. चिनी राजनितीची २ तत्वे आहेत. एक- त्यांची राजनिती ही सतत बदलणारी असते. दुसरे म्हणजे त्यांच्या जगात नितीला मुळी जागाच नसते. आजची निती उद्याला नाही. आशिया हा त्यांच्यामुळे आज रणक्षेत्र झालेला आहे. साम्यवादी जीवन आणि शासन पद्धती जी राष्ट्रे स्विकारतात त्यांच्यापासून भारताने दूरच राहावे.”

बाबासाहेबांच्या दृष्टीने देश प्रथम होता. त्यामुळे आपल्या साम्यवादी मित्रांना काय वाटेल त्याची पर्वा ते करीत बसले नाहीत. चीन किंवा रशियामध्ये पाऊस पडला की इकडे छत्र्या उघडणारांचा अपवाद वगळता या चिनी हिंसक आणि हुकुमशाहीवृत्तीच्या नेत्यांच्या वागण्याचे कुणीही समर्थन करणार नाही.
