संविधान सन्मान रॅली ची 12 दिमाखदार बारा वर्षे …..!!!
सध्याची राजकीय परिस्थिती पाहता भारतीय संविधान व त्याचे महत्त्व लोकांना कळू लागले आहे . एकेवेळी संविधान निर्मात्याची अनुउलेखाने दुर्लक्षित करणारे लोक ही आता संविधानाचा जागर करताना दिसत आहे .
ही वस्तुस्थिती आहे. भारतीय संविधान लागू होऊन जवळपास 75 वर्ष झाली आहेत मात्र अजूनही प्रत्येक भारतीय नागरिक आपल्या मूलभूत अधिकाराबद्दल अनभिज्ञ आहेत !!!
संविधान हे आपल्या अभिव्यक्ती स्वातंत्र्याचे रक्षण करते आणि मूलभूत अधिकार बहाल करते हेच मुळात लोकांना माहीत नाहीय. केवळ विशिष्ट विचारसरणीला चिटकून राहून त्याचा प्रत्यक्ष अप्रत्येक्षपणे लोक विरोध करू लागतात किंवा त्यावर टीका करतात.
सध्याच्या विचित्र राजकीय परिस्थितीत तर भारतीय सविधानाचे महत्त्व अधिक कळू लागले आहे हे नाकारता येत नाही.
आंबेडकरी समाजाला संविधान प्राणापलीकडे प्रिय आहे कारण हे देशाचे संविधान आमच्या बापाने लिहिले आहे अर्थात विश्वरत्न डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी ते लिहिल्यामुळे त्याचे अनियायी त्याबद्दल सतत जागरूक असतात आणि आहेत.
आज राजकीय पक्षांचे अस्तित्व धोक्यात आले आहे असे असून सुद्धा राजकीय पक्षात म्हणावी तशी जनजागृकता निर्माण होत नाही हीच चितेची बाब आहे. मात्र आंबेडकरी विचारधारा प्रमाण मानणाऱ्या “वंचित” ने सविधान सभेचे आयोजित करून शिवजीपार्कवर विराट सभा घेऊन आपण किती गंभीर आहोत हे दाखवून दिले आहे याची प्रचिती २५ लाखावून अधिक उपस्थित असणाऱ्या लोकांनी दिली आहे.
गेल्या काही १०-१५ वर्षे आंबेडकरी चळवळीतील काही संघटना आणि तरुण लोक सविधानाबद्दल सतत जागृती निर्माण करीत आहेत त्यात आद. अमोलबोधिकुमार आणि त्यांची भारतीय लोकसत्ताक संघटना आघाडीवर असून गेल्या बारा वर्षांपासून प्रजासत्ताक दिनी म्हणजे २६ जानेवारी ला चैत्यभूमी ते गेट वे ऑफ इंडिया पर्यंत मोठी रॅली न चुकता आजयोजित करीत असतात यावर्षी त्यांना बरोबर १२ वर्ष पुर्ण होत आहेत.
खरे तर मुंबईत एव्हडा जनसमुदाय आहे ह्या रॅलीत सर्वांनी सहभागी व्हायला हवे नुकतेच लोकसत्ताकचे अमोलबोधिकुमार यानी www.ambedkaree.com शी संवाद साधताना जनतेला आव्हान केलंय की केवळ संविधानाची जनजागृती साठी व ते वाचविण्यासाठी प्रत्येक भारतीयांनी आपले धर्म,जातपात,विचारधारा आणि राजकारण ह्या पलीकडे जात ह्या रॅलीत सहभागी व्हायला हवे.
