सध्याची परस्थिती खूप गंभीर बनत चालली आहे . अशा परिस्थिती गरीब आणि हातावर पोट असणाऱ्या वर्गाचे हाल होत आहेत. याची दखल घेत बहुसंख्य आंबेडकरी कार्यकर्ते आपल्या सार्वजनिक जयंती चा निधी हा सर्वसामान्य लोकांना मदत करण्याकरिता वापरत आहेत आणि खऱ्या अर्थाने महामानव डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या 129 वी जयंती बाबासाहेबांना अपेक्षित असलेल्या विचाराने साजरी करत आहेत.
कल्याण येथे बँक ऑफ बरोडा च्या SC/ST वेलफेअर असोसिएशन BCC आणि मुंबई युनिट ने कल्याण मधील वालधुनी येथील शिवाजी नगर परिसरातील गरीब व गरजू लोकांना किराणा व इतर साहित्याचे मोफत वाटप करत महामानव डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांना अनोखी मानवंदना देऊन त्यांची १२९ वी जयंती साजरी केली.
बँक ऑफ बरोडा च्या SC/ST वेलफेर असोसिएशन मुंबई युनिट कमिटीने अनोखा उपक्रम करून आपले समाजप्रति योगदान दिले त्याप्रसंगी स्नेहलता कांबळे ,मनीषा मॅडम ,प्रज्ञा मॅडम आणि सचिन सर उपस्थित होते.
