आमची माती आमची माणसे…!
कोकणातील माणसे मुंबईत राहत असतात पण त्यांचे सारे लक्ष आपल्या गावावर तिथल्या मातीवर असते त्या गावाचा विकास त्या गावात घडणाऱ्या विकासात्मक घडामोडी .गावातील जागरूक तरुण वर्ग.
मुंबई प्रत्येक गावात असे जागरूक तरुण असतात राजापूर तालुक्यातील खिनगिनी हे आणि त्याच्या आजूबाजूला असणारी इतर गावे …..तरुणवर्ग जागा होतोय नव्या विकासाच्या वाटा शोधू लागतो अन गावातील विकास कसा करावा त्यावर कार्य सुरू केले अन गावातील तरुण वर्ग आपापसातील हेवेदावे दूर करत एकत्र आलाय.
तरूणाच्या नेतृत्वाखाली आज विविध कामाची गती होत आहे रोजगार,शेती यावर विचारमंथन सुरू झाले ……!
गावच्या विकासाला आता गती मिळाली…..आपल्या गावाच्या विकासासोबत आजू बाजूच्या गावतील विविध क्षेत्रातील लोकांचाही आदर व त्यांना प्रोत्साहित करण्याची संकल्पना राबविण्यात आली आणि त्या योजनेनुसार राजापूर ते लांजा या तालुक्यातील येथील विविध क्षेत्रात काम करणाऱ्या लोकांचा सत्कार संपूर्ण ग्रामस्थांनी राजा शिवछत्रपती शिवाजी नाटय मंदिर दादर ,मुंबई येथे राजापूर चे विध्यमान आमदार मा राजन साळवी यांच्या प्रमुख उपस्थितीत केला . या निमित्ताने शेतकऱ्यांच्या आत्महत्या व त्यावर प्रभावी भाष्य करणारी संतोष पवार लिखित पुन्हा यंदा कदाचित हे नाटक सादर करण्यात आले होते .कार्यक्रम यशस्वी करण्यात मुंबईतील ग्रामस्थांनी मेहनत घेतली व कार्यकारी मंडळाच्या सर्व पदाधिकारी यानी मनाचा मोठेपणा दाखवत आपल्या विभागवार काम करून कार्यक्रमाची शोभा वाढवली.उत्तम नियोजन आणि वेळेचे काटेकोर पालन हे महत्त्वाचे मुद्दे कार्यक्रम यशस्वी करण्यात महत्त्वाचे ठरले.
याच गावातील भु हायस्कूल मधील माजी विद्यार्थी संघटना व कुंभारवाडी विकास मंडळाच्या प्रमुख कार्यकर्ते यांची ही बोलकी प्रतिक्रिया
“एकाच वेळी विभिन्न पातळीवरून जीवनाचा वेध घेण्याच सामर्थ्य ज्या मंडळामध्ये आहे त्यापैकी एक खिणगिणी मंडळ…या मंडळाने सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, शैक्षणिक आणि राजकिय क्षेत्रातिल गुणंवतांचा सत्कार केला.ही फार आंतरिक साक्षित्वाची बाबा आहे.विविध क्षेत्रामध्ये काम करित अस्ताना या मंडळाने आपल्या गावाचा विकास खरोखरच वाखण्याजोग केला आहे आणि असच पंचक्रोशितील प्रत्येक मंडळाने आपल्या गावासाठी कार्य कराव अशी आशा करतो”
