अश्विनी पवार….! यशस्वी उद्योजिका,
एका सर्वसामान्य कुढुंबात राहुन आपल्या महत्वकांशेमुळे सतत प्रामाणिक पणे कष्ट करून यशस्वी होण्याची जिद्द मनात ठेवली की यश आपोआप मिळते हे सिध्द केले आहे अश्विनी पवार ताईंनी.
त्यानी Gryfine Media नावाचा क्रिऐटिव्ह स्टुडियो मुंबईतील लोअर परेल या Corporate World मधुन चालवितात. मुंबईतील आघाड्यांवर असणार्‍या कंपन्यांकरिता त्या Creative and Printing साठी काम करतात. विविध कंपन्यांसाठी लागणारे प्रिंट मटेरियल,गिफ्ट मटेरियल,विविध डिझाईंन्स त्यांच्या आवश्यकतेनुसार मिळवुन देतात. सतत धावपळीत असणार्‍या पवार ताईंना विचारले असता त्या विनम्रपणे पणे म्हणाल्याकी कंपन्या अन त्यांच्या गरजेनुसार कामे प्रामाणिकपणे केली की ते समाधानी होतात तसेच आपल्या कामात असणार्‍या सातत्यामुळे बरेच व्यावसाहिक आम्हाला कामे देतात.
लोअर परेल सारख्या व्यवसाहिक दृष्ट्या महाग असणार्‍या ठिकाणी अत्यंत कमी जागेत त्यांनी या व्यवसायाची सुरूवात केली. केवळ एक कंप्यूटर व प्रिंटर सोबत घेवून सुरू झालेला हा प्रवास आता एका सुसज्य स्टुडियोत रूपांतरीत झालाय.
याच व्यवसायात त्यांना अत्यंत मोलाची अन महत्वाची साथ दिलीय ती त्यांच्या पती साहेबांनी अर्थात काशिनाथ पवार साहेबांनी. ते सतत त्यांना प्रोत्साहित करतात. सतत मेहनत करत अविरतपणे कार्यरत राहुन हाती असलेल्या कामावर दिवसरात्र मेहनत घेवुन ते वेळेवर पुर्ण करुन देण्यासाठी ते धडपडत असतात. मिळालेले काम वेळेपुर्वी पुर्ण करून देण्याचा त्यांचा सतत प्रयत्न असतो.
पुर्णपणे कमर्शियशल आर्टवर्क ,आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञान वापरून , कामात सातत्य,वेळेत पुर्ण करण्याची हमी, क्रियेटिव्ह सपोर्ट आणि मार्गदर्शन ,बाजार भावानुसार काम आणि कोणत्याच किमतीत लपाछपी न करता सोयीस्कर पण सन्मानपुर्वक मेहनतांना घेत ते आपल्याकडे आलेले काम करतात. त्यांच्या ह्या स्वभावामुळेच बर्‍याच कंपन्यांचे काम त्यांना पुन्हा पुन्हा मिळत असतात.

याच अस्मिताच्या आर्थिक चळवळीचा भाग म्हणुन सर्वसाधारण लोकांना उद्योजक बनविले जाते त्याची सुरूवात अश्विनी पवार मॅडम ,विक्रांत वालकर,किरण तांबे ,सुमेध जाधव अन प्रमोद रामचंद्र यांनी सहकाराच्या माध्यमातुन AVANCE COMMERCIAL EMPIRE PVT LTD ची निर्मिती करुन आज कॉस्मेटिक्स उत्पादणे बनविण्याचे कार्य सुरू केले आहे. त्यांची उत्पादने आता बाजारातही येण्यास सुरू झालीत.
नेहमी म्हटले जाते की एका यशस्वी पुरूषाच्या मागे एक स्री असते पण अश्विनी पवार यांच्या बाबत उलटे आहे एका यशस्वी उद्योजक महिलेच्या मागे तीला घडविण्यासाठी एका पुरूषाचा हात आहे.
