अरविंद बन्सोड -मृत्यू प्रकरण मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी विशेष महानिरीक्षकांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली विशेष तपास पथक SIT नेमून चौकशी करावी!
1) नागपूर जिल्ह्यातील पिंपळदरा या गावातील ( तालुका : नरखेड) अरविंद बन्सोड (३०वर्षे) या बौद्ध तरुणाचा दिनांक २७ मे २०२० रोजी झालेल्या बेदम मारहाणीनंतर संशयास्पदरित्या २९ मे रोजी मृत्यू झालेला आहे. ही घटना थडी पवनी या गावात घडली आहे.
2) या प्रकरणात मयत बौद्ध तरुणाची मारहाणीनंतर मेडिकल का करण्यात आली नाही?
3) अरविंद बन्सोड याचा मृत्यू मारहाणीनंतर दोन दिवसांनी म्हणजे 29 मे रोजी रुग्णालयात झाला. या कालावधीत त्याचा मृत्यूपूर्व जबाब पोलिसांनी का घेतला नाही?
4) मयत बौद्ध तरुणाला झालेल्या मारहाणीच्या तक्रारीनंतर लगेच एफआयआर नोंदवून घेण्याऐवजी थेट मृत्यूनंतरच गुन्हा दाखल करण्याची भूमिका जलालखेडा पोलीस ठाण्यातील अधिकाऱयांनी कोणाचे आदेश आणि दबावाखाली घेतली?
5) या घटनेची/ प्रकरणाची माहिती जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक राकेश ओला यांना जलालखेडा पोलिसांनी घटना घडल्यानंतर दिली की गुन्हा दाखल केल्यानंतर दिली? त्यानंतर त्यांनी या प्रकरणात नेमकी काय भूमिका बजावली?
6) बौद्ध तरुणांच्या या संशयास्पद मृत्यूच्या प्रकरणात अनुसूचित जाती अत्त्याचार प्रतिबंधक कायद्याखाली कारवाईला फाटा देऊन आयपीसीच्या कलम 306 आणि 34 अनवये कारवाई करण्याचा निर्णय पोलीस अधीक्षकांच्या पातळीवर की स्थानिक पोलीस ठाण्याच्या पातळीवर घेण्यात आला?
7) लगेच जामीन मिळण्यास वाव असलेली कलमे लावण्याची कारवाई करण्याआधी आरोपी मिथिलेश उर्फ मयूर उमरकर याला पसार होण्यास रान कोणी मोकळे सोडले ?
8) आरोपी मिथिलेश उर्फ मयूर उमरकर हा मेंढला पंचायत समितीचा सदस्य आहे. त्याची आई अरविंद बन्सोड याला मारहाण झालेल्या थडी पवनी या गावाची सरपंच आहे. मिथिलेशचे वडील बंडू उमरकर हे जिल्हा परिषदेचे माजी उपाध्यक्ष आणि राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेसचे वजनदार नेते आहेत, हे खरे आहे काय?
