मदत की भरपाई? फोटोसेशन आणि चमकोगिरी

गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख आणि अरविंद बन्सोड यांच्या कुटुंबाच्या आज झालेल्या भेटीचा हा व्हिडिओ खुद्द गृहमंत्र्यानी त्यांच्या फेसबुक पेजवर टाकला आहे. गृहमंत्र्यानी ही भेट काही बन्सोड यांच्या घरी जाऊन घेतली नाही. बन्सोड कुटुंबियानाच नागपूर येथील विभागीय आयुक्त कार्यालयात बोलावून घेण्यात आले होते.
या भेटीत गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख आणि नागपूरचे पालकमंत्री नितीन राऊत हे बन्सोड कुटुंबियांना एक धनादेश देताना कॅमेऱ्याचा लखलखाट होत असल्याचे व्हिडिओत दिसते. यावेळी विभागीय आयुक्त डॉ संजीव कुमार, सामाजिक न्यायचे उपायुक्त सिद्धार्थ गायकवाड आणि पोलीस अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
बन्सोड कुटुंबाला पाच लाख रुपये मदत देण्यात येणार असून त्यातील एक लाखाचा धनादेश आज देण्यात आला आहे, असे गृहमंत्रयांच्या पेजवर म्हटलेले आहे. पण वस्तुस्थिती वेगळी आहे. आज दिलेला धनादेश हा सामाजिक न्याय खात्याचा असून त्या खात्यातर्फे अत्याचारग्रस्ताना दिली जाणारी भरपाई म्हणून नियमाप्रमाणे 4 लाख रुपये ( पाच नव्हे) बन्सोड कुटुंबाला मिळणारच आहेत. मग गृहमंत्री देशमुख यांनी धनंजय मुंडे ( Dhananjay Munde )हे आजारी असताना त्यांच्या खात्याच्या निधीच्या जोरावर आजचा हा ‘देखावा’ कशासाठी केला?
खरे तर, बन्सोड कुटुंबाने एका भावाला सरकारी नोकरी आणि ते खेडे सोडून नागपूर शहरात पुनर्वसन करण्याची मागणी केली आहे. तर, आंबेडकरवादी संघटनांनी त्या कुटुंबाला 50 लाख रुपये नुकसासन भरपाई देण्याची मागणी केली आहे. मात्र त्यांचे पुनर्वसन प्रकल्पग्रस्ताच्या धर्तीवर सामाजिक न्याय खात्यामार्फत झाले तर त्यांना कायमचे आर्थिक स्थैर्य आणि सुरक्षितता लाभेल. म्हणून “आंबेडकरी लोक संग्राम” ने अरविंद बन्सोड मृत्यू प्रकरणाच्या निमिताने अत्याचारी गावातील बौद्ध, दलितांच्या मुक्ततेसाठी तीच मागणी सरकारपुढे ठेवली आहे.
असे असतानाही गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख यांनी नितीन राऊत यांना सोबत घेऊन आजचे #फोटोसेशन आणि #चमकोगिरी कशासाठी केली?
