जगण्यात दंभ का रे, आयुष्य विराम आहे
कर कुशल कर्म थोडे, बाकी हराम आहे ||

व्यवहार थांबले अन, असहाय जीव झाले

सरकार आत्मनिर्भर, घालून गंड लोका
नाही कधी कुणाच्या, पदरात दाम आहे ||

बाबा तु बहीष्कृतांचा “मुकनायक” झालास
तु केलेल्या गर्जनेनं,
मुक्यांना शब्द मिळाले,
अन् वेदनांना आवाज फुटला!
आता ते शब्द न् शब्द
ओळीओळीत ओरडत सुटलेत
तुझे शब्द वेदनांचे हुंकार होताच,
त्यांची स्फुर्तीगीते झाली,
तुझ्या घोषणेने,
त्यांच्यातल्या ज्वालामुखिचा ऊद्रेक होतो,
प्रतिशोधाच्या लाव्हारसातुन,
क्रांतीच्या अंगारांचे धुमारे फुटु लागतात,
आम्हा नायकांचा तुच महानायक,
गावकुसाबाहेरची माणसं,
आम्ही सैनिक ,भिमसैनिक,
तुझ्या लढ्यालढ्यातुन ऊगवलेल्या स्फुर्तीतुन,
तुझ्या पश्चातही अनेक आंदोलन झाली,
योणार्‍या पिढ्या न् पिढ्या,
तुझाच ऊद्घोष करतील,
माझ्या कवितेच्या आभाळाला,
तुझेच शब्द मिळाले!!
