12 जुलैचा निळा दिवस आठवा आणि इतिहास घडवा.

आंबेडकरी चळवळीतील थोर विचारवंत साहित्यिक नेहमीच सांगतात इतिहास वाचला तर इतिहास घडविता येतो.डॉ बाबासाहेबांनी इतिहास वाचला म्हणूनच इतिहास लिहला,महात्मा जोतिबा फुले, संत कबीर आणि तथागत गौतम बुद्ध त्यांना कधीच भेटले नाहीत तरी त्यांनी त्यांना आपले प्रथम गुरू मानले. म्हणजेच ते त्यांना भेटले नाही, पण त्यांना बाबासाहेबांनी वाचले!. नुसते वाचले नाही!. तर पूर्णपणे आत्मसात केले. अपमानास्पद वागणूक सहन केली,त्यासाठी कष्ट केले, त्याग आणि जिद्दीने शिक्षण पूर्ण करून सर्व परिस्थिती वर मात केली. उगाच भारतीय घटनेचे शिल्पकार झाले नाही.अन्याय अत्याचार सर्व बाजूने होत असतांना हिंसा स्वीकारली नाही,सहनशीलता कायम ठेवून वाद विवाद आणि संवादातून सर्व यशस्वी समाज प्रबोधन व परिवर्तन घडवून इतिहासात नोंद केली.तो इतिहास वाचून आपण भारतीय म्हणून काय शिकलो.
अन्याय अत्याचार होतात रिपब्लिकन पक्षांचे नेते कमी पडतात म्हणूनच दलित पँथर निर्माण झाली, रिपब्लिकन नेते संपले पँथर नेते आले पुढे ते ही रिपब्लिकन पक्षाचे नेते झाले.ते कमी पडतात म्हणून बहुजन महासंघ नेते आले,तरी अन्याय अत्याचार थांबले नाहीत. मग सर्वच वंचित बहुजन झाले तरी अन्याय अत्याचार हत्याकांड काही थांबले नाहीत.
एल्गार परिषद,भिमा कोरेगाव 200 वर्ष पूर्ण, गेल्या वर्षी आंबेडकर भवन या वर्षी राजगृह आता त्यांच्या ऐतिहासिक आठवणी जाग्या होतात,त्यांचा स्मृतिदिन नंतर प्रेरणा दिन साजरा करून सर्व शाहीदांना भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजली अर्पण केली जाते. हा ही इतिहास झाला आहे. त्यांचे स्मरण झाल्याशिवाय राहत नाही.
रमाबाई नगर घाटकोपर येथे 11 जुलै १९९७ ला सकाळी डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या पुतळ्याची विंटबना झाली.ही माहिती कॉलोनी तील लोकना मिळताच वाळूरातून मुंग्या जश्या बाहेर पडतात तसे माणस बाहेर रोडवर आली. मनोहर पंतच्या जातीयवादी सरकारच्या मनोहर कदम एस आर पी पोलिसानी कोणतीही पूर्व सुचना न देता गोळीबार केला आणि 11निरपराध भिमसैनिकाचा बळी घेतला ही बातमी हा हा म्हणतात मुंबई भर वनव्या सारखी पसरली बातम्याचा प्रसार मुंबई तुन राज्यभर आणि देशभर झाला. तेव्हा वॉट्सअप्प फेसबुक फारसे प्रसिध्द नव्हते, तरी 12 जुलै १९९७ ला मुंबई सह महाराष्ट्र बंद झाला.त्याचे प्रतिसाद देशभर उमटले संपूर्ण जनजीवन बंद म्हणजे बंद झाले. त्यांची नोंद बी बी सी ला घ्यावी लागली. जगात एवढी संघ शक्ती पाहण्याची नोंद कुठेच नाही. असे बंद करण्या करीता दोन महीने अगोदर रात्र दिवस प्रचार प्रसार करून हैंडबिल पोस्टर आणि जाहिर मिटिंगा,सभा द्याव्या लागतात, तेव्हा पन्नास साठ टक्के बंद यशस्वी होतात असा इतिहास आहे.तो इतिहास भिमसैनिका नी मोडून काडला होता.कोणत्याही नेत्यांचे आवहान, आदेश नसताना सर्व समाज रस्त्यावर उतरला होता.त्याची आठवण पुन्हा एकदा करून देण्यासाठी एकदा रस्त्यावर उतरावे लागेल. त्यांची कोणालाच वाटत नाही.
राज्यात होणाऱ्या अन्याय,अत्याचार,हत्याकांडा विरोधात प्रत्येक तालुखा,जिल्हयात आंबेडकरी संघटना पक्षांनी आपल्या परीने मोर्चे निदर्शन आंदोलन नियमितपणे केली जातात. त्यांची नोंद अन्याय अत्याचार हत्याकांड करणारे घेत नाही, नां पोलीस प्रशासन!. सरकार तर बिलकुल घाबरलत नाही. तोंडी लेखी आश्वासन दिली जातात.पण अंमलबजावणी कासव गतीने होत असते. म्हणून गरज आहे १२ जुलै १९९७ च्या सारखी निळी संघशक्ती दाखविण्याची.
त्याकरिता येणाऱ्या काळात तशी निळी संघशक्ती निर्माण करता येईल काय?. त्यासाठी १२ जुलै चा इतिहास वाचावा लागेल.नेत्यांच्या भरोस्यावर बसला तर हे असेच घडत राहील विसरा ते सर्व राजकीय, सामाजिक, व्यक्तिगत मतभेद सर्वांनी या एकत्र दाखवा निळी संघशक्ती दाखवा आणि 12 जुलैचा निळा दिवस आठवा आणि इतिहास घडवा.हीच नम्र विनंती
