भारतीय इतिहासातील एक सोनेरी पान.!
३ ऑगस्ट १९४७ रोजी भारतीय लोकसभेत महामानव डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांना भारताचे पहिले कायदेमंत्री म्हणून भारताचे राष्ट्रपती डॉ राजेंद्रप्रसाद यांनी शपथ दिली .
अस्पृश्य समाजातील पाहिले कॅबिनेट मंत्री .केंद्रीय कायदेमंत्री म्हणून पुढे 29 ऑगस्ट १९४७ ला डॉ बाबासाहेबांची भारताच्या घटना समितीच्या मसुदा समितीचे अध्यक्ष म्हणून निवड करण्यात आली आणि ते भारतीय घटना समितीचे भारतीय कायदेमंत्री म्हणून एक प्रमुख जबाबदार म्हणून कार्य पाहू लागले ,घटनेचा मसुदा आणि लेखन याची याची संपूर्ण जबाबदारी आणि त्या संदर्भात होणाऱ्या सभा ,चर्चा व वादविवाद यात त्यांचा प्रमुख सहभाग असायचा.अर्थात संपुर्ण भारतीय राजघटना डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या दूरदृष्टीने व लेखणीने तयार झाली आहे .कित्येक लोक त्यांना त्यांचे श्रेय नाकारतात मात्र त्यांनी भारतीय घटना लिहिण्यास केलेल्या अतुलनीय कार्याची दखल इतिहासाने घेतली आणि ज्या समाजाला हजारो वर्ष विषमतेने असमान लेखले होते त्याच समाजातील एका थोर प्रज्ञावंत सूर्याने या देशाला आपल्या बुद्धीच्या जोरावर एकसंघ ठेवणारी राजघटना समता,स्वतंत्र ,न्याय आणि बंधुता याची सांगड घालणारी जगातील अतिशय उत्तम अशी घटना दिली .
महामानव डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या स्मृतीस विनम्र अभिवादन.
